As a Planning Coordinator at Meta Carriere, you will engage in strategic planning and account management to enhance service levels and boost customer satisfaction, thus driving increased revenue. Your responsibilities include planning and managing transport logistics and serving as the primary contact for both employees and employers. Additionally, you will work closely with recruiters to support the recruitment process, ensuring the seamless integration of new hires into the organization. Who You Will Work With:
You will be part of a team of three colleagues in a multicultural corporate setting. This position requires flexibility and the occasional need to work extra hours on weekends for planning purposes.
2+ years of experience in strategic planning or a related field.
Experience working with recruiters and managing recruitment processes.
Driver’s license (Class B).
Proficiency in English and at least one Eastern European language.
Educational background at HBO level or equivalent thinking level.
Strong proficiency in communication.
Ability to effectively use job-related software.
Nice to Have:
Proficiency in the Dutch language.
Experience with management tools.
Knowledge about cars, beneficial for transport planning and logistics management.
