About the Position
We are seeking multiple employees for a leading flower export company in Rijnsburg. This role demands precision and responsibility, and you'll be joining a collaborative and professional team with plenty of opportunities for career advancement. Your main tasks will include packing flowers and order picking. The work is conducted under the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) for Wholesale in Flowers and Plants. The company is modern and equipped with advanced technologies to ensure efficient processes.
- Flower Packing: Carefully pack flowers to ensure they reach their destination in excellent condition.
- Order Picking: Accurately gather orders based on the order list.
- Quality Control: Ensure no errors are made, as mistakes can have significant financial consequences.
Hard Skills:
Ability to work with precision and accuracy
Basic knowledge of the English language (speaking and understanding required)
Soft Skills:
Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality
Proactivity: You take initiative and contribute ideas to improve the process
