Changing data

It is important that you make timely and accurate changes to your personal information. It is essential that we always have the most up-to-date and accurate information available so that we can process your data correctly and support you appropriately. This also prevents any misunderstandings or delays in communication.

Important changes include your contact information, such as address, phone number and email address. It is also important to inform us of changes in your personal situation, such as a change in marital status, changes in family situation or other relevant information that may affect your work or employment conditions.

Do you have changes to communicate? Please do so in writing via email or in person at our office.

Enrollment

How do I enroll?
There are two ways to enroll online on our website.

Click the 'Enroll' button and enroll.
View the vacancies and click the 'Apply directly' button if you see a vacancy that appeals to you. With your application you immediately register with us. Based on your online application, we will see if you fit the main job requirements. If they match what we are looking for, you will be invited for a job interview. Can't make it? I get the message 'Registration fails'.
There are several reasons why registration does not succeed immediately. If your details are already known to us, you get the message 'Your details are already known'. Are you unable to find it? Please contact Meta Career.

How do I create an account?
You create an account by going to the 'My Meta Career' app. You can also create an account while applying for a job.

What can I do with an account?
The moment you apply for a job with this account, you register with us. If you are registered with us, it is also possible to change your data in 'My Meta Career'. It is not possible to change your email address with this account.

I get the message that my details are already known, what now?
Based on your email address, first name, last name, date of birth and address details we check if you are already registered with Meta Career. If you get the message that your data is already known, you are in our system and you can log in and apply with your profile. Your email address is your username. Is your email address no longer correct? Please contact Meta Careers so we can change it for you.

What do I need to bring?
When registering with Meta Career Agency you need to bring the following documents:

• ID card or passport
• Bank card
• BSN number
• Health care card (if applicable)
• Address information, both in the Netherlands and in your home country

• Our knowledgeable front office staff can also help you apply for a BSN number and health insurance if you haven't already done so.
• Don't have your own transportation? Then we can help you arrange transportation to and from your job.
• When working on site, it is mandatory to wear safety shoes and proper work clothes.
